Duas delas s\u00e3o Projetos de Lei Complementar (PLCs) enviados pelo Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a de Pernambuco (TJPE) para modificar o C\u00f3digo de Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o Judici\u00e1ria, prevendo novas regras para execu\u00e7\u00e3o de penas em locais com mais de uma vara criminal (PLC n\u00ba 3313\/2022) e regulamentando a licen\u00e7a-pr\u00eamio dos magistrados (PLC n\u00ba 3314\/2022). Ambos foram aprovados em dois turnos de vota\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>J\u00e1 o Projeto de Lei (PL) n\u00ba 3312\/2022 cria o Programa de Resid\u00eancia Jur\u00eddica, voltado a bachar\u00e9is em Direito que estejam cursando p\u00f3s-gradua\u00e7\u00e3o ou que tenham conclu\u00eddo a gradua\u00e7\u00e3o h\u00e1, no m\u00e1ximo, cinco anos. A iniciativa prev\u00ea treinamento em servi\u00e7o, com aux\u00edlio pr\u00e1tico aos magistrados e servidores, e ainda abrange ensino, pesquisa e extens\u00e3o. A jornada de est\u00e1gio m\u00e1xima ser\u00e1 de 30 horas semanais e ter\u00e1 dura\u00e7\u00e3o de at\u00e9 36 meses, n\u00e3o gerando v\u00ednculo com a Administra\u00e7\u00e3o P\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<p>Por fim, o Governo do Estado enviou o PL n\u00ba 3294\/2022 autorizando um repasse de R$ 66 milh\u00f5es do TJPE ao Poder Executivo, a ser feito, em parcela \u00fanica, at\u00e9 30 de junho deste ano. Os recursos ser\u00e3o aplicados em a\u00e7\u00f5es de ressocializa\u00e7\u00e3o, repress\u00e3o \u00e0 criminalidade e combate \u00e0 viol\u00eancia.
