Ele destacou que no pr\u00f3ximo m\u00eas deve pautar no Plen\u00e1rio projetos focados na seguran\u00e7a p\u00fablica. As afirma\u00e7\u00f5es foram feitas em entrevista \u00e0 R\u00e1dio Bandeirantes nesta sexta-feira.<\/p>\n<p>O projeto acaba com a possibilidade de concess\u00e3o de sa\u00edda tempor\u00e1ria para os condenados que cumprem pena em regime semiaberto. O benef\u00edcio da sa\u00edda tempor\u00e1ria \u00e9 previsto na Lei de Execu\u00e7\u00e3o Penal. Ele \u00e9 concedido aos presos que preenchem alguns requisitos, como bom comportamento, e apenas em algumas situa\u00e7\u00f5es, como visita \u00e0 fam\u00edlia ou para estudar.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEm rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 seguran\u00e7a p\u00fablica, tenho reunido com a bancada [da seguran\u00e7a p\u00fablica] e o que est\u00e1 na pauta \u00e9 o projeto que discute o fim das \u2018saidinhas\u2019 de pres\u00eddio. Mas vamos ter reuni\u00f5es com a bancada do Congresso para discutir uma pauta m\u00ednima sobre o tema\u201d, informou Lira.<\/p>\n<p>Lira tamb\u00e9m lembrou que C\u00e2mara j\u00e1 aprovou a PEC que reduz a maioridade penal em 2015. A proposta est\u00e1 parada no Senado.
