A falta de um representante \u00e9 um dos motivos que levaram ao bloqueio do X no Brasil.<\/p>\n<p>A informa\u00e7\u00e3o ao STF ocorre depois de o ministro Alexandre de Moraes dar 24 horas para o X comprovar a exist\u00eancia de um representante legal no Brasil.<\/p>\n<p>Nesta quinta, a empresa de Elon Musk indicou os advogados como representantes processuais exclusivos. Moraes, no entanto, entendeu que para ter advogados, o X precisa existir no Brasil. Assim, o ministro entendeu que a peti\u00e7\u00e3o para oficializar os defensores n\u00e3o estava acompanhada de documentos comprobat\u00f3rios da representa\u00e7\u00e3o legal nem da devida constitui\u00e7\u00e3o da empresa em territ\u00f3rio Brasileiro.<\/p>\n<p>O ministro do STF cobrou, inclusive, a documenta\u00e7\u00e3o da Junta Comercial respectiva. \u201cN\u00e3o h\u00e1 nenhuma comprova\u00e7\u00e3o do retorno das atividades da X Brasil Internet Ltda., nem tampouco da regularidade da constitui\u00e7\u00e3o de seus novos representantes legais ou mesmo de seus novos advogados, conforme demonstram as sucessivas altera\u00e7\u00f5es de patronos narradas no relat\u00f3rio anterior\u201d, diz o texto da decis\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Diante da situa\u00e7\u00e3o, Moraes intimou os advogados citados na peti\u00e7\u00e3o encaminhada pelo X para comprovar em 24 horas a regularidade e valida\u00e7\u00e3o da representa\u00e7\u00e3o legal da empresa.
