O lote tamb\u00e9m inclui restitui\u00e7\u00f5es residuais de exerc\u00edcios anteriores. Os pagamentos ser\u00e3o feitos a partir de 30 de setembro. (veja abaixo como fazer a consulta)<\/p>\n<p>Segundo a Receita Federal, 86.570 contribuintes domiciliados no Rio Grande do Sul (RS) foram priorizados e receber\u00e3o suas restitui\u00e7\u00f5es neste lote, devido ao estado de calamidade decretado no estado. Do total, R$ 435, 2 milh\u00f5es referem-se ao quantitativo de contribuintes que t\u00eam prioridade no recebimento.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Veja abaixo:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>11.188 idosos acima de 80 anos;<\/li>\n<li>75.686 contribuintes entre 60 e 79 anos;<\/li>\n<li>6.731 contribuintes com alguma defici\u00eancia f\u00edsica ou mental ou mol\u00e9stia grave;<\/li>\n<li>23.180 contribuintes cuja maior fonte de renda seja o magist\u00e9rio;<\/li>\n<li>201.381 contribuintes que receberam prioridade por utilizarem a declara\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00e9-preenchida ou optarem por receber a restitui\u00e7\u00e3o via PIX;<\/li>\n<li>Outros 106.289 contribuintes que recebem a restitui\u00e7\u00e3o neste lote n\u00e3o s\u00e3o priorit\u00e1rios.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Veja o calend\u00e1rio da restitui\u00e7\u00e3o do IR 2024<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Os pagamentos das restitui\u00e7\u00f5es do IR 2024 ser\u00e3o feitos em cinco lotes, segundo informa\u00e7\u00f5es da Receita.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Veja as datas dos pagamentos: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>1\u00ba lote:<\/strong> 31 de maio<\/li>\n<li><strong>2\u00ba lote:<\/strong> 28 de junho<\/li>\n<li><strong>3\u00ba lote:<\/strong> 31 de julho<\/li>\n<li><strong>4\u00ba lote:<\/strong> 30 de agosto<\/li>\n<li><strong>5\u00ba lote:<\/strong> 30 de setembro<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Como fazer a consulta?<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>A p\u00e1gina oferece orienta\u00e7\u00f5es e os canais de presta\u00e7\u00e3o do servi\u00e7o, permitindo uma consulta simplificada ou completa da situa\u00e7\u00e3o da declara\u00e7\u00e3o, por meio do extrato de processamento, acessado no e-CAC. Caso identifique alguma pend\u00eancia na declara\u00e7\u00e3o, o contribuinte pode retific\u00e1-la, corrigindo as informa\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>A Receita Federal disponibiliza, tamb\u00e9m, aplicativo para tablets e smartphones que permite consultar diretamente nas bases da Receita Federal informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre libera\u00e7\u00e3o das restitui\u00e7\u00f5es do IRPF e a situa\u00e7\u00e3o cadastral de uma inscri\u00e7\u00e3o no CPF.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Malha fina<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ao realizar a consulta, o contribuinte tamb\u00e9m poder\u00e1 saber se h\u00e1 alguma pend\u00eancia em sua declara\u00e7\u00e3o que impe\u00e7a o pagamento da restitui\u00e7\u00e3o, ou seja, se ele caiu na chamada &#8220;malha fina&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Para saber se est\u00e1 na malha fina, os contribuintes tamb\u00e9m podem acessar o &#8220;extrato&#8221; do Imposto de Renda no site da Receita Federal no chamado Centro Virtual de Atendimento (e-CAC).<\/p>\n<p>Ao fazer o login, selecione a op\u00e7\u00e3o \u201cMeu Imposto de Renda (Extrato da DIRPF)\u201d. Na aba \u201cProcessamento\u201d, escolha o item \u201cPend\u00eancias de Malha\u201d. L\u00e1, voc\u00ea poder\u00e1 verificar se sua declara\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 na malha fina e verificar qual o motivo pelo qual ela foi retida.<\/p>\n<p>Para acessar o extrato do IR, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio utilizar o c\u00f3digo de acesso gerado na pr\u00f3pria p\u00e1gina da Receita Federal ou certificado digital emitido por autoridade habilitada.<\/p>\n<p>As restitui\u00e7\u00f5es de declara\u00e7\u00f5es que apresentam inconsist\u00eancia (em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de malha) s\u00e3o liberadas apenas depois de corrigidas pelo cidad\u00e3o, ou ap\u00f3s o contribuinte apresentar comprova\u00e7\u00e3o de que sua declara\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 correta.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quem \u00e9 obrigado a declarar o Imposto de Renda em 2024<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>quem recebeu rendimentos tribut\u00e1veis acima de R$ 30.639,90 em 2023. O valor \u00e9 um pouco maior do que o da declara\u00e7\u00e3o do IR do ano passado (R$ 28.559,70) por conta da amplia\u00e7\u00e3o da faixa de isen\u00e7\u00e3o desde maio do ano passado;<\/li>\n<li>contribuintes que receberam rendimentos isentos, n\u00e3o-tribut\u00e1veis ou tributados exclusivamente na fonte, cuja soma tenha sido superior a R$ 200 mil no ano passado;<\/li>\n<li>quem obteve, em qualquer m\u00eas de 2023, ganho de capital na aliena\u00e7\u00e3o de bens ou direitos, sujeito \u00e0 incid\u00eancia do imposto, ou realizou opera\u00e7\u00f5es em bolsas de valores, de mercadorias, de futuros e assemelhadas cuja soma foi superior a R$ 40 mil, ou com apura\u00e7\u00e3o de ganhos l\u00edquidos sujeitas \u00e0 incid\u00eancia do imposto;<\/li>\n<li>quem teve isen\u00e7\u00e3o de imposto sobre o ganho de capital na venda de im\u00f3veis residenciais, seguido de aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de outro im\u00f3vel residencial no prazo de 180 dias;<\/li>\n<li>quem teve, em 2023, receita bruta em valor superior a R$ 153.199,50 em atividade rural (contra R$ R$ 142.798,50 em 2022);<\/li>\n<li>quem tinha, at\u00e9 31 de dezembro de 2023, a posse ou a propriedade de bens ou direitos, inclusive terra nua, de valor total superior a R$ 800 mil (contra R$ 300 mil em 2022);<\/li>\n<li>quem passou para a condi\u00e7\u00e3o de residente no Brasil em qualquer m\u00eas e se encontrava nessa condi\u00e7\u00e3o at\u00e9 31 de dezembro de 2023;<\/li>\n<li>quem optou por declarar os bens, direitos e obriga\u00e7\u00f5es detidos pela entidade controlada, direta ou indireta, no exterior como se fossem detidos diretamente pela pessoa f\u00edsica;<\/li>\n<li>Possui trust no exterior;<\/li>\n<li>Deseja atualizar bens no exterior.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A Receita Federal abre na pr\u00f3xima segunda-feira (23), \u00e0s 10h, a consulta ao 5\u00ba lote de restitui\u00e7\u00f5es do Imposto de Renda 2024.
