O processo, analisado pela Segunda C\u00e2mara sob relatoria do conselheiro substituto Ricardo Rios, resultou na reprova\u00e7\u00e3o un\u00e2nime das contas do prefeito Evandro Valadares (PSB), com aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de multas aos agentes p\u00fablicos respons\u00e1veis.\u00a0O blog de J\u00fanior Campos traz a informa\u00e7\u00e3o de que o parecer do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico de Contas (MPCO) e o relat\u00f3rio de auditoria identificaram 16 irregularidades, que totalizaram um d\u00e9bito de R$ 2.553.518,22, entre as quais se destacam:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Encargos financeiros indevidos devido ao recolhimento em atraso de contribui\u00e7\u00f5es previdenci\u00e1rias (R$ 58.316,56);<\/li>\n<li>Despesas com combust\u00edveis sem comprova\u00e7\u00e3o de gastos, configurando despesa sem liquida\u00e7\u00e3o, no valor de R$ 390.284,32;<\/li>\n<li>Contrata\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os terceirizados sem comprova\u00e7\u00e3o, resultando em dano ao er\u00e1rio de R$ 1.676.665,18;<\/li>\n<li>Loca\u00e7\u00e3o de ve\u00edculos sem comprova\u00e7\u00e3o dos servi\u00e7os prestados, gerando preju\u00edzo de R$ 173.741,20.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Foram responsabilizados, al\u00e9m do prefeito Evandro Valadares e da secret\u00e1ria D\u00e9bora Valadares, outros agentes p\u00fablicos e privados, incluindo empresas contratadas, como a FD Feitosa Loca\u00e7\u00e3o de Ve\u00edculos Eireli, e pessoas f\u00edsicas que atuaram na administra\u00e7\u00e3o municipal \u00e0 \u00e9poca.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sobre a loca\u00e7\u00e3o de ve\u00edculos<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Evandro Valadares apresentou defesa alegando, entre outros pontos, que a loca\u00e7\u00e3o de ve\u00edculos de um \u00fanico fornecedor n\u00e3o exigia documenta\u00e7\u00e3o detalhada, como di\u00e1rios de bordo ou boletins de medi\u00e7\u00e3o.
