O objetivo \u00e9 aprofundar investiga\u00e7\u00f5es sobre poss\u00edveis irregularidades em contrata\u00e7\u00f5es para fornecimento de alimentos ao Instituto Federal de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o, Ci\u00eancia e Tecnologia de Pernambuco (IFPE), entre 2021 e 2025. Os valores contratados pelo IFPE com o principal fornecedor passam de R$ 22 milh\u00f5es no per\u00edodo.<\/p>\n<p>As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es identificaram suspeitas nos processos de licita\u00e7\u00e3o para a compra dos alimentos, incluindo ind\u00edcios de irregularidades em documentos. Tamb\u00e9m foram identificados repasses de valores, por parte de um funcion\u00e1rio do fornecedor contratado, para servidores federais envolvidos na execu\u00e7\u00e3o dos contratos.<\/p>\n<p>Com base no que j\u00e1 foi apurado, s\u00e3o investigados os crimes de fraude \u00e0 licita\u00e7\u00e3o, interfer\u00eancia indevida em processo licitat\u00f3rio, corrup\u00e7\u00e3o ativa, corrup\u00e7\u00e3o passiva, associa\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa e lavagem de dinheiro.<\/p>\n<p>A opera\u00e7\u00e3o envolve o cumprimento de 12 mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o e a execu\u00e7\u00e3o de 20 quebras de sigilo banc\u00e1rio e fiscal autorizadas pela Justi\u00e7a. As a\u00e7\u00f5es contam com quatro auditores da CGU e 58 policiais federais e acontecem nos munic\u00edpios de Abreu e Lima, Barreiros, Bezerros, Escada, Paulista, Recife, S\u00e3o Louren\u00e7o da Mata e Vit\u00f3ria de Santo Ant\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Den\u00fancias<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Eventuais den\u00fancias relacionadas a esta opera\u00e7\u00e3o ou a outras irregularidades podem ser enviadas \u00e0 Ouvidoria-Geral da Uni\u00e3o por meio da <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/falabr.cgu.gov.br\/web\/home\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">plataforma Fala.BR<\/span><\/a><\/strong>.
