O magistrado integrar\u00e1 a Corte no bi\u00eanio 2026-2028. A cerim\u00f4nia ser\u00e1 no plen\u00e1rio do\u00a0TRE-PE, a partir das 16h.<\/p>\n<p>Sim\u00f5es \u00e9 desembargador do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a de Pernambuco (TJPE) desde 2012,\u00a0 ocupando uma vaga destinada ao Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico de Pernambuco pelo Quinto Constitucional. Formado em Direito pela Universidade Federal de Pernambuco, o novo vice-presidente do TRE-PE \u00e9 titular da Primeira C\u00e2mara de Direito P\u00fablico.
