A informa\u00e7\u00e3o, colhida pela Pol\u00edcia Federal no curso da Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Inauditus, levou ao afastamento do desembargador, que permanecer\u00e1 180 dias longe de suas fun\u00e7\u00f5es no Maranh\u00e3o por ordem do ministro do Superior Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a, Francisco Falc\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>O Estad\u00e3o pediu manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o do desembargador no dia 1\u00ba de abril, data em que a Pol\u00edcia Federal cumpriu busca e apreens\u00e3o no gabinete de Belchior. O espa\u00e7o para defesa segue aberto.<\/p>\n<p>A Pol\u00edcia Federal trata a transfer\u00eancia de R$ 69 mil ao filho de Belchior, ocorrida em abril de 2024, como elemento central que descortinou a suposta venda de senten\u00e7as pelo desembargador. O valor saiu da conta da empresa Lucena Infraestrutura, cujo s\u00f3cio \u00e9 o empres\u00e1rio Ant\u00f4nio Edinaldo da Luz Lucena, que foi alvo de busca e apreens\u00e3o no estouro da Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Inauditus.<\/p>\n<p>O Estad\u00e3o busca contato com a defesa de Lucena e da empresa que efetuou o pagamento ao filho do desembargador.
