Os motoristas que tiverem seus documentos vencidos entre 5 de junho e 8 de dezembro ter\u00e3o validade ato dia 9 de dezembro. Ap\u00f3s o prazo da prorroga\u00e7\u00e3o, os condutores ter\u00e3o trinta dias para renovar o documento.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quem pode renovar?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Condutores que tiveram a CNH vencida entre 05 de junho e 08 de dezembro.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qual prazo de prorroga\u00e7\u00e3o da renova\u00e7\u00e3o?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A validade da CNH vencida foi prorrogada at\u00e9 o dia 9 de dezembro;<\/li>\n<li>Ap\u00f3s o prazo, os motoristas ter\u00e3o 30 dias para renovar o documento.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Segundo o Contran, n\u00e3o \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio o motorista emitir um novo documento ou realizar outro procedimento para registrar a prorroga\u00e7\u00e3o, visto que a decis\u00e3o foi autorizada pelo \u00f3rg\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>A prorroga\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o se aplica aos condutores que est\u00e3o com o direito de dirigir suspenso, seja por multas, infra\u00e7\u00f5es ou outros motivos, ou com o direito cassado.<\/p>\n<p>A decis\u00e3o foi tomada visando assegurar o direcionamento adequado dos condutores para a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos exames de aptid\u00e3o f\u00edsica e mental, segundo o \u00f3rg\u00e3o.
